Ophtapharm AG is an FDA/EU-GMP certified manufacturer of pharmaceutical ophthalmic products. On our plant in Hettlingen (Winterthur) high quality products such as sterile eye drops, eye ointments and eye gels are compounded, aseptically filled and packed for internal markets.
To optimally support our customers and manage the implementation or changes of their products, we are seeking for a dedicated Project and Customer Manager.
Ihre Aufgaben
- "Single point of contact" for the customer
- Support and responsibility on site for customer products throughout their entire product lifecycle
- Evaluation of new products, product changes and new customers in collaboration with other departments
- Quotation management for new products
- Project management of the technical transfer of new products and major product changes
- Reporting of project status to the management and the customer
Ihr Profil
- Applied Sciences (FH) or university degree in natural sciences (pharmacy), process engineering or equivalent
- Profound GMP experience in an Pharmaceutical Environment
- At least 5 yrs experience in customer management in a similar environment
- Proven experience in project management, incl. leading of interdisciplinary project teams
- Experience in sterile production is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Business English and German (written and spoken)
