  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in online sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM systems.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
